Jeffrey is an Associate in ILS’s Los Angeles office, specializing in dispute resolution, employment law, and corporate compliance. Admitted to practice law in California, New York, and Colorado, Jeffrey also holds qualification under China’s national bar examination, marking him as a versatile cross-border legal professional.

Before joining ILS, Jeffrey gained valuable experience at a U.S. investment firm. Prior to relocating to the U.S., he interned at a leading U.S. law firm’s Shanghai office, a prominent Chinese Red Circle firm, and the China affiliate of a U.K. law firm. His diverse internships and work experiences enable him to quickly adapt and excel in resolving complex, novel issues across jurisdictions. Having studied law in China, Europe, and the U.S., Jeffrey brings a unique global perspective to his practice.
